About Us
Limassol Theatre Arts School (LTAS) is a thriving Performing Arts stage school for kids aged 3 - 19 years. At LTAS we provide young people the best quality training in the Performing Arts. Limassol Theatre Arts School (LTAS) offers a complete and diverse set of after school activities in performing arts such as Musical Theatre lessons, Dance classes, private Singing and group Vocal lessons, Acting and Drama classes among many others, while providing a wide variety of performance opportunities.
Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow in confidence, learn new skills, develop their talents and most importantly have fun.
A Wide Range of Lessons
Under the expert guidance of an ex West End performer and a team of professionals, LTAS aims to build confidence and communication skills, as well as developing vocational training in the following areas:
Musical Theatre
Dance (Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz/ Modern, Ballet, Contemporary)
Gymnastics, Tricks and Stretching
Fitness/ Yoga
Acting/ Drama
Singing (Vocals in groups or privates)
Musical Instruments (Piano or Guitar lessons)
Communication Skills (Public Speaking/ Confidence building)
English Skills (Grammar, Phonics, Reading, Writing, Speaking and Comprehension skills)
Book Club (Reading and Comprehension).
LTAS combines traditional theatre training with up-to-the-minute performance techniques within their dance classes, acting lessons and vocal sessions. Students develop their skills through teaching and practice in class alongside an abundance of performance opportunities outside. There is a strong emphasis on discipline and through a positive and supportive environment, students are encouraged to build the confidence needed to approach any situation with confidence.
Our productions are of the highest quality and give students valuable exposure to the world of the Performing Arts as a profession. As well as varied and regular performance opportunities (such as the Christmas shows, main semi-professional Musical Theatre production and end-of-year shows), LTAS prepares students for auditions (including those for vocational Stage Schools in the UK and USA post 16 years and post 18 years) and provides filming experiences/ training, recording opportunities and casting for TV work. Regular dance, acting and singing workshops are also organised for the students.
